I love doing yoga in the evenings. My muscles feel so stiff during the day, and it just takes a light vinyasa or downward dog to increase the blood flow, help me feel more flexible, and totally relax and restore my body and mind. When you don’t have time for a longer workout, or you just want to stay limber, a 20-minute yoga flow is perfect! It’s long enough to really warm and loosen up your limbs, but short enough to fit it in whenever you need it — and many of the workouts you’ll find here include calming mantras to help you stay focused or feel refreshed.
